Odette Martins

Odette is an associate at Sunstein, and concentrates in trademark law. Prior to joining Sunstein, Odette was a Trademark Examining Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Odette received her undergradu­ate degree from Boston University where she majored in Political Science and minored in International Relations before graduating from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She first developed an interest in trademark law during law school while participating in the Intellectual Property Clinic where she partnered with a practicing attorney to file trademark applications and respond to USPTO office actions.

Outside of the office, Odette enjoys fitness and traveling. She also really likes taking salsa lessons and going running in the park during nice weather.
