Peter V. Bellotti

Attorney Peter V. Bellotti is the managing partner with the Bellotti Law Group, P.C., which has three total law offices across the Greater Boston, Massachusetts, metropolitan region. Serving clients throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and Middlesex counties and all of the surrounding areas, Mr. Bellotti devotes his practice to advocating on behalf of innocent accident victims and their families who suffered an injury or loss as the result of someone else's negligence or wrongdoing.

A former special assistant district attorney with Middlesex County, Mr. Bellotti has successfully prosecuted hundreds of cases in state, superior, district and appellate courts, perfecting his trial skills and earning a reputation as a tenacious trial attorney and formidable opponent in court. These attributes serve him well as he fights hard to protect the rights and entitlements of his plaintiff clients during all litigation involving their serious personal injury and workers' compensation claims.

For more than 15 years now, Mr. Bellotti has achieved unprecedented success advocating on behalf of the injured and disabled, securing millions of dollars in settlements and awards for those he has served. In addition to his private practice, he has served as attorney for the Public Protection Bureau and the Medical Malpractice Tribunal as well as a mediator for the Middlesex Superior Court.

His extensive knowledge of the law has led to become a recognized leader in his field, and he routinely offers in-depth legal commentary for various televised and radio news outlets, including Good Morning America, FOX News and WBZ's Paul Sullivan Show. He also serves as adjunct legal professor of constitutional law at Curry College, and he has written extensively and conducted lectures across his region on a variety of legal topics.

A 1978 graduate of Connecticut College, Mr. Bellotti obtained his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 1984. The Massachusetts Bar Association admitted him to practice the following year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
