Richard Grossack

Attorney Richard “Rocky” Grossack is a solo practitioner in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Grossack handles personal injury, workers’ compensation and criminal defense cases, serving a diverse range of clients throughout eastern Massachusetts, in Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth and Suffolk counties.

Mr. Grossack has been practicing law for over 35 years. Over the course of his career, he has successfully negotiated and litigated many complex injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury, slip-and-fall accidents and other issues.  He also assists attorneys who have found themselves in the unfortunate situation of  a BBO Complaint/Attorney Discipline, and works through that process  with them of applying/filing  the petition for reinstatement.  He is a committed advocate, always ready to fight for the legal rights of his clients. 

Born and raised in Hull, Massachusetts, Mr. Grossack graduated from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, with a bachelor’s degree in English.  He went on from there to Miami School of Law where he first began his law degree and then moved on to earn his law degree from New England School of Law. Following law school, he passed the Massachusetts bar examination and received his license to practice law before all Massachusetts state courts. 

Upon becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Grossack opened his own law practice. Over the years, he has earned the respect of his clients and colleagues in the legal profession. He has a deep understanding of the devastating impact caused by a personal injury, criminal charges and legal/professional malpractice accusations and fully commits himself to securing justice for the clients he serves.
