Mr. Higgins graduated from the University of Maine in 1991 before earning his Juris Doctor in 1994 from Suffolk University Law School. A frequent commentator for local news stations, he also guest lectures frequently at Suffolk University Law School, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education organization.

A member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association, Mr. Higgins is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts throughout the state of Massachusetts.
