Attorney Russell X. Pollock has tried numerous cases to a verdict in a variety of areas of law. As one of the founding partners of the Boston-based firm, Bergstresser & Pollock PC, Mr. Pollock practices civil litigation, representing individuals in medical malpractice, legal malpractice, general liability, products liability and motor vehicle liability actions.

Following law school, Mr. Pollock began practicing in New York City until moving his practice to Boston in 1994. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. He participates in a number of bar association committees and has spoken on and written on a number of litigation-related topics. He also participates on the civic level. He has chaired his local school committee and served on his town's advisory committee.
