Sean E. Capplis

As a partner at Capplis, Connors, Carroll & Ennis, PC, based in Boston, Massachusetts, Sean E. Capplis brings a dynamic approach to his legal practice, which spans personal injury, auto accidents, medical malpractice, slip-and-fall incidents, and beyond. His primary focus is defending health care providers against allegations of medical malpractice and navigating issues before the Boards of Registration in Medicine and Dentistry. He also has a proven track record, successfully steering numerous medical malpractice and significant bodily injury claims through trial in the Superior Court.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Boston College, Mr. Capplis secured his Juris Doctor cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. His contributions to the legal community include lecturing young attorneys on trial practice techniques for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE). He chaired the 2015 MCLE program “How to Try a Civil Case.”
