Stephen J. Doyle

A highly competent transactional attorney with over 35 years of experience in the US and abroad.  Stephen J. Doyle has a substantial background handling complex cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital raises and technology transactions. A founder of the TCF Law Group, PLLC, in Boston, Massachusetts and the head of the firm’s Technology and International Practice, he brings a practical approach to client transactions having been general counsel to a public tech company and international counsel to public companies and financial institutions, as well as having line responsibility in business roles and strategic responsibility as CSO.  His practice includes:

Mr. Doyle completed has an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, and a law degree from the University of Denver Sturn College of Law, and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Throughout his venerable career, he has represented prominent corporations such as Merck KGaA, Rain Enhancement Technologies (NASDAQ), Abode Systems, IQvestment,  JP Analytics, dMY Squared (NYSE), Global Enterprise Technologies, and many more. 

Outside his law practice, Mr. Doyle holds membership at the Massachusetts State Bar Association and the Court of International Trade, and in addition, he has served as an adjunct professor of international transactions at Boston University.
