Stephen Neyman

Stephen Neyman is the founder of the Law Offices of Stephen Neyman Criminal Lawyers, with offices in Boston and North Andover, Massachusetts. He focuses his practice on criminal defense, defending the rights of people in and the surrounding areas of counties including Essex, Norfolk, Middlesex, Plymouth, Suffolk and Worcester. He represents clients on cases and legal matters including theft, restraining orders, drug crimes, violent crimes, domestic violence, clerk's hearings, shoplifting, clerk magistrate hearing, probation violations, driving under the influence, white collar crimes, federal crimes, motor vehicle offenses, indecent assault and battery, and sex crimes.

A graduate of Lehigh University, Mr. Neyman earned his law degree from the Golden Gate University School of Law in 1987. Soon after, he worked as a deputy district attorney at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. As a defense attorney, he has prosecuted hundreds of cases from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies. This experience gave him a deep understanding of both sides of the criminal justice system and enables him to educate clients on legal processes and their rights as defendants. He has active law practice licenses in the District of Columbia, Massachusetts and California.

Mr. Neyman understands that facing criminal charges can be traumatic for individuals and that in the majority of cases, their futures are at stake.
