I devise strategies for patent portfolios that may be litigated, licensed or acquired. I also help protect the intellectual property portfolios of our clients as they grow.  I handle diverse technologies, including mechanical and medical systems and devices, including electric motors, hardware and software inventions, as well as a variety of pharmaceutical matters. I help clients make sure their products do not infringe third-party patents by designing around third-party patents and by developing arguments to invalidate competitors’ patents.
