Tracy A. Miner is a partner at Miner Siddall LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, and one of Boston’s most respected criminal defense attorneys. With more than three decades of experience, she represents individuals and corporations in state and federal criminal investigations, both pre- and post-indictment.
Ms. Miner has successfully defended clients in a wide range of matters, including health care fraud, securities fraud, bribery, extortion, RICO offenses, environmental violations and defense contracting cases. She regularly appears before the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Department of Justice, the Attorney General’s Office, the Bureau of Prisons, and other state and federal regulatory agencies.
Known for her results-driven advocacy, Ms. Miner has obtained acquittals or defense verdicts in 10 of her last 13 federal trials and has helped countless individuals and companies avoid charges altogether through effective pre-indictment representation.
An active leader in the legal community, Ms. Miner is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and co-chair of the White Collar Committee of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is a past president of the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and serves on the Federal Court Criminal Justice Act Panel and The American Law Institute Sentencing Project Board of Advisors.

- Judgement of Acquittal obtained in United States v. Bruens for Janice Swirski, a pharmaceutical fraud case, in 2005. Not guilty verdict obtained for client in United States v. Bruens, a major pharmaceutical fraud case in 2007. Not guilty verdict obtained for client in United States v. Therrien, a tax evasion case relating to stock options, in April 2009. Not guilty verdict for Louis DeSisto in obstruction of justice case in federal court after two week trial, 2009.
