As a co-founding partner at Santoro & Gray Law in Boston, Massachusetts, Victoria M. Santoro offers compassionate legal representation to individuals and families in challenging personal injury matters throughout the region. She primarily focuses her practice on personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, defective and dangerous products, wrongful death, and premises liability.
Ms. Santoro advocates for clients who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence, defective products or unsafe conditions. She guides clients through every stage of the legal process, from pre-suit investigation and settlement negotiations to trial and, when necessary, appellate proceedings. Known for her strategic approach and client-centered counsel, she works hard to secure the compensation clients deserve for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering while holding responsible parties accountable.
Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts since 2010, Ms. Santoro is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit, allowing her to effectively handle various personal injury claims in both the state and federal courts.
A proud alumna of the Boston College Law School, where Ms. Santoro laid the strong foundation for her advocacy skills and commitment to ethical practice and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2010. Prior to attending law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University in 2007.
An active participant in the legal community, Ms. Santoro has held several leadership roles within the Massachusetts Bar Association, serving as president and treasurer. She also serves on the board of the Massachusetts Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Furthermore, she is a member of the Women’s Bar Association & Foundation and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys’ New Lawyers Section.
