Bradley C. Pinta

Bringing over 45 years of experience to Pinta Law Group, LLC, Bradley C. Pinta defends complex multi-party business lawsuits, employer-side employment and labor law cases, and commercial real estate matters. He represents business-owner cases throughout Massachusetts. He has litigated hundreds of matters and is also a highly effective negotiator who helps clients resolve issues quickly.

He focuses his practice on small and mid-sized companies, as well as closely held businesses. Mr. Pinta is exceptionally skilled at creating strategies that address current matters while also mitigating the risk of future problems. Clients appreciate his attention to detail as they navigate the legal process. Additionally, Mr. Pinta identifies the key aspects of a case and works efficiently toward the best possible solution for clients. Mr. Pinta is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Massachusetts. He holds an Avvo "Very Good" rating. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Boston College in 1977, Mr. Pinta earned a Juris Doctor in 1980 from Suffolk University Law School.
