He is currently admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Texas, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts, the Western District of Texas and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the 1st and 7th Circuits.

An accomplished legal writer, Mr. Neelon has published in the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, the State Bar of Texas Asian Pacific Interest Section newsletter, and the Barnstable County Bar Association's Barrister newsletter.
