Zaheer A. Samee

Zaheer A. Samee is a highly regarded civil litigation attorney, and he handles cases at both the trial and appellate levels. He is with Frisoli Associates and is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He represents people and businesses throughout the eastern part of the Commonwealth, including Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, Middlesex and Bristol counties. Admitted to practice in Massachusetts since 2006, Mr. Samee is also admitted to practice in New York as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.

Mr. Samee has been with Frisoli Associates his entire career, having joined it in June 2006, and he has handled numerous complex trials and appeals for both plaintiffs and defendants during his tenure there. Among the cases that he has worked on are constructive trusts, intellectual property, civil rights, forged instruments governed by Article 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code, landlord-tenant disputes, construction defects, actions against Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees and breach of contract claims.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Samee attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where he majored in history and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1999. He subsequently decided to pursue a legal education, and he enrolled in Boston University School of Law. In 2006, Mr. Samee was awarded his Juris Doctor.

In order to stay abreast of current developments in his practice areas, Mr. Samee actively participates in a number of professional organizations. His affiliations have included the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association of Greater Boston. He has also served as a hearing officer with the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers.
