Eric R. LeBlanc

Eric R. LeBlanc is a partner and an attorney with Bennett & Belfort, P.C., based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Covering areas of Cambridge and the Greater Boston area, in Massachusetts, he focuses his practice on employment law, commercial/business law and construction law. 

Over the 18 years of being licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Mr. LeBlanc has been successful in representing his clients in complex matters of stockholder and partnership disputes, noncompete/solicit/disclosure clause violations, workplace discrimination, wage and hour controversies, and a host of class action lawsuits. He has attained proficiency in navigating disputes arising from commercial and residential real estate transactions including wills, trusts and estate-related complications, insurance disputes, and construction project and contract violation claims. 

Mr. LeBlanc completed his Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston College, and went on to study law at the Suffolk University Law School, from where he graduated in 2006. Even while in law school, he worked as an associate attorney at a private law firm handling cases of premises liability, professional liability and other areas of construction. After that, he worked for more than two years at a law firm that concentrated mainly on the areas of personal injury law and commercial litigation.

An active member of the Massachusetts legal community, Mr. LeBlanc maintains close affiliations with prominent law groups such as the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. He also holds a membership in the Massachusetts chapter of the USA 500 Clubs, an organization that focuses on the interdisciplinary sharing of knowledge and resources among professionals of different sectors.
