Owen R. O'Neill

Owen R. O'Neill is the manager and senior partner at the Owen O'Neill Law Group, LLC, which has its offices in Canton, Massachusetts. He focuses his practice primarily on complex personal injury matters, including construction and industrial accidents, medical negligence and professional negligence, product and premises liability, motor vehicle accidents.

With over three decades of experience being a trial lawyer, Mr. O'Neill has been focusing on representing victims of construction and industrial accidents, including machine operators and construction workers, for the last 15 years. Protecting his clients’ interests, he is a persistent and tireless advocate for the rights of his clients and a tenacious litigator in the courtroom. He has obtained many favorable verdicts and settlements on behalf of his injured clients.

Mr. O'Neill also has immense experience serving clients such as dental and medical professionals in their disciplinary hearings before the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure and the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry. In addition, he has also represented attorneys before the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers in their disciplinary hearings.

Pursuing his undergraduate studies in economics at the University of Connecticut, Mr. O'Neill graduated magna cum laude. He studied law at the Suffolk University Law School, obtaining his Juris Doctor and graduating cum laude. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts by the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Mr. O'Neill has memberships in the Bar Association of Norfolk County and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is also a firm believer in giving back to society and provides legal aid to those who need it the most at Discovering Justice Program, for which he was awarded the Thomas Jefferson Award.
