Renée M. Hawk

Renée M. Hawk is a partner at O'Rourke & Hawk, LLP, a Charlestown-based law firm that focuses on family law and litigation. Ms. Hawk works closely with her clients and guides them through the stages of sensitive and challenging family law issues of every type. These include divorce, child custody, support, same-sex family law matters, marital agreements, division of marital assets and personal property, paternity, adoption, restraining orders, domestic abuse, contempt matters, modification of judgments and complaints for removal of children from Massachusetts. She has made client communication the cornerstone of her entire practice, ensuring that her clients have as much information as possible to help them make informed decisions and arrive at solutions that are right for them and their families.

Ms. Hawk is a cum laude graduate of both the University of Connecticut (B.A., 1999) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 2002). She also contributes her skills and resources to various legal and civic-minded organizations, including The Divorce Center, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Charlestown Business Community Center.
