Katie Frazier

An associate attorney at Dalton & Finegold, LLP, Katie Frazier focuses her practice on matters related to residential real estate. She serves clients in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and the surrounding areas. 

Ms. Frazier completed her undergraduate degree in political science at the College of William & Mary. She graduated with her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the New England Law, Boston, in 2009. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. 

Her previous experience as a real estate agent has given Ms. Frazier a comprehensive idea about the functioning of real estate businesses. With these vital insights, she understands the intricacies of the cases clearly and puts in hard work to comb through each of them. This enables her to efficiently formulate plans to achieve the desired goals of her clients.

Working with several law firms for over 12 years, Ms. Frazier has gained invaluable experience handling a wide variety of legal matters from family law to banking. Presently, she concentrates on representing lenders, sellers, buyers and other professionals on cases in the real estate domain. 

Ms. Frazier extends her pro bono services at the Lawyer for the Day programs in Essex County and the Lawyer for the Day programs in Middlesex County. She was elected as the president of the Massachusetts Association of Women Lawyers. Furthermore, she was honored with a certificate in mediation by Mediation Works Inc.
