Keith Hampe

Keith P. Hampe is an associate attorney at Winbourne Hampe & Sheehan, in Dedham, Massachusetts, where he combines nearly a decade of legal experience with a strong foundation in business leadership. His practice includes land use and zoning, real estate, landlord-tenant disputes, probate matters, personal injury and civil litigation. 

Mr. Hampe is known for his ability to clearly explain legal issues, allowing clients to better understand their options and make confident decisions. He takes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to craft strategies that serve both their immediate goals and long-term interests.

Mr. Hampe earned his Juris Doctor from New England Law Boston, where he held leadership roles in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and coached the school’s negotiation team. He earned recognition as the champion and a finalist in multiple rounds of the American Bar Association’s negotiation competitions. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration from Saint Michael’s College.

Before being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association in 2015, Mr. Hampe began his legal career at the firm as a law clerk in 2014. His background in business management gives him a distinct advantage in addressing both the legal and operational concerns of the individuals and organizations he represents.

Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Hampe remains actively involved in civic life. He has served as an elected Town Meeting member in Dedham since 2013 and was appointed to the town’s Building Planning and Construction Committee. His familiarity with local government processes is a key asset in cases involving municipal regulations and land development. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Bar Association of Norfolk County.
