Samantha Allen

Samantha Allen is the owner of and an attorney at the Law Mom, LLC, which has its offices in Duxbury, Massachusetts. She focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters relating to estate planning, probate and business law matters. She has been designated as a Personal Family Lawyer by the Family Wealth Planning Institute and provides personalized solutions for each client.

Helping her clients with estate planning and probate matters, Ms. Allen focuses on designing estate plans for parents. She realized the urgency of creating an estate plan for their son after experiencing a life-changing event. She encourages and empowers parents to create estate plans so that their children don’t struggle to find assets, deal with long court processes and be forced to take ownership of their parents’ businesses.

Ms. Allen’s aim is to keep families from falling apart after the disability or death of a loved one, and she provides compassionate and dedicated legal services to them. Focusing on the needs and interests of growing families, she helps frame estate plans that will protect parents and their children during inevitable circumstances.

Receiving her bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University, Ms. Allen went on to pursue law and obtained her Juris Doctor from the Roger Williams University School of Law.
