Adam J. Brodsky

Adam J. Brodsky is a seasoned attorney at DTM Law, P.C., in Hingham, Massachusetts, whose legal career spans more than four decades, with an emphasis on environmental, land use, real estate, and corporate and business law. He represents individuals and enterprises in a full range of related litigation, including appeals concerning wetlands and waterways as well as commercial disputes.

Mr. Brodsky advises clients on permitting strategies, hazardous waste site remediation, acquisition due diligence, regulatory compliance and property conflicts. Before joining DTM Law, P.C., he operated his own practice for over 16 years, providing counsel across a broad spectrum of land use and environmental matters, and previously practiced with Boston-based law firms.

An academic scholar, Mr. Brodsky received a B.A. cum laude from Union College in 1983 and earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1986. Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association in 1986, he is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.
