In 1984, Mr. Donius completed his Bachelor of Arts in American Studies at the University of Notre Dame. He then went on to attend law school at Georgetown University Law Center, and he graduated in 1987 with his Juris Doctor. While in law school, he worked on the American Criminal Law Review.
Mr. Donius is admitted to practice law before all of the state courts of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Throughout his years of advocating for seriously injured or disabled clients, he has obtained many favorable results, including a $3 million arbitration award in a medical negligence case and multiple million dollar plus settlements in other cases involving medical negeligence, motorcycle accidents and liquor liability.
