Kevin Donius

Kevin Donius, a partner at Sbrogna, Brunelle & Donius, LLP, has been providing aggressive and dedicated advocacy for his clients in Milton and Boston, Massachusetts, as well as around the state for more than 30 years. He focuses his practice on plaintiff's personal injury and medical malpractice matters, and he concentrates on cases involving catastrophic injuries or wrongful deaths.

In 1984, Mr. Donius completed his Bachelor of Arts in American Studies at the University of Notre Dame. He then went on to attend law school at Georgetown University Law Center, and he graduated in 1987 with his Juris Doctor. While in law school, he worked on the American Criminal Law Review.

Mr. Donius is admitted to practice law before all of the state courts of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Throughout his years of advocating for seriously injured or disabled clients, he has obtained many favorable results, including a $3 million arbitration award in a medical negligence case and multiple million dollar plus settlements in other cases involving medical negeligence, motorcycle accidents and liquor liability. Mr. Donius handles all types of personal injury claims including automobile, truck, motorcycle and biking accidents; medical and dental malpractice; product liability; liguor liability and premises liability.

A fervent believer in the importance of continuing legal education to stay up-to-date on all aspects of trial practice, Mr. Donius belongs to several legal organizations. His memberships include the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice.
