A graduate of Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School, he has built a distinguished career representing victims in cases ranging from nursing home negligence to complex injury claims since his admission to the Massachusetts bar in 1988, New Jersey in 1989 and Rhode Island in 2004.
For nearly 40 years, Mr. Colucci has secured remarkable outcomes for clients through settlements and trials. His achievements include negotiating the largest settlement in Massachusetts in 2024---$20,000,000 in a wrongful death action against a large, multi-national corporation; as well as innumerable multi-million dollar settlements in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. - In March of 2013, Mr. Colucci obtained a $1.1 million jury verdict on behalf of a land developer who planned to purchase and develop eight parcels of property. The defendant was hired to provide legal services towards that end, but failed to disclose that the property contained Indian gravesites, which would have restricted development. The defendant was found to be negligent and violated G.L.c. 93A.
