Jason R. Markle

Jason R. Markle is an aggressive trial attorney at Keches Law Group, which specializes in personal injury, workers' compensation, medical malpractice and social security disability. Mr. Markle concentrates his practice on construction site injuries, motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death, premises liability and products liability. Mr. Markle handles all aspects of plaintiffs' personal injury litigation, having tried numerous cases across Massachusetts in federal and state courts. Prior to joining Keches Law Group in 2007, Mr. Markle worked for the Essex County Superior Court for five years, most notably as a Courtroom Session Clerk. Following his employment with the Essex County Superior Court, Mr. Markle served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Justices of the Superior Court.

Mr. Markle was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated from Boston Latin Academy and went on to earn his undergraduate degree cum laude from Salem State College. Mr. Markle subsequently graduated cum laude from New England Law | Boston, where he served as the Technical Coordinating Editor for the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement. During this time, he also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Massachusetts Practice and Procedure, and was chosen for New England Law | Boston's Honors Judicial Internship program. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2006 and the U.S. District Court in 2007. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Bristol County Bar Association, the Taunton Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
