Rebecca S. Spinner

Within a relatively short period of time, Rebecca S. Ms. Spinner completed her undergraduate studies in 2016, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian studies and classical voice from the University of Vermont. She went on to enroll at Penn State Dickinson Law, and during her time there, she served in the Veterans and Servicemen Legal Clinic as a student attorney. Coupled with her internship at the United States JAG Corps, her tenure as a law student provided her immense exposure to many facets of military law and its real-world applications. She received her Juris Doctor with a concentration in national security, military and veterans law in 2020. A year later, she obtained her license to practice law across all Massachusetts state courts.
