After receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University, Mr. Brisk attended New York University School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1965. He then took graduate courses at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and he obtained both a Master of Arts and a Doctor of Philosophy in Latin American politics. After teaching in the Caribbean and Latin America and working for the Inter-American Foundation, Mr. Brisk commenced his legal practice. He has had numerous articles published on elder law topics.
