David Jellinek

Former prosecutor and sole practitioner of his law firm, criminal defense attorney David Jellinek is committed to aggressively defending people whose reputations, careers and freedom are at stake due to charges that involve sex offenses, drug crimes, drunk driving offenses and traffic violations. The majority of his clients at the Law Office of David Jellinek are from Middlesex, Suffolk and Norfolk counties in Massachusetts.

Mr. Jellinek completed his undergraduate studies in history with high honors at Haverford College, Pennsylvania, and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, at the Boston College Law School in Newton, Massachusetts. Before entering private practice, he worked as a public defender in the Superior Courts for the Committee for Public Counsel Services and as a staff attorney for the Boston Police Department. He is licensed to practice in Arizona and Massachusetts and before the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.
