That same year, he also received an award from USA500 as having achieved the greatest "Professional Achievement" of any other attorney out of the organization's 650 members. Mr. Fogelman graduated from Wesleyan University in 1997, where he served as editor-in-chief of The Wesleyan Argus. Upon deciding to pursue his legal career, he attended Boston College Law School and obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2002. While there, he was a member of the Third World Law Journal, and he received recognition for his excellent academic achievements. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Southern District of New York, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Fogelman is an active member of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, where he serves on the board of governors. He has also published many articles and conducted lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics.
