Nathaniel Amendola

The founder of Nate Amendola Defense, located in Norwell, Massachusetts, Nathaniel Amendola represents clients in various criminal and civil litigation matters. His practice focuses primarily on criminal defense, including cases involving assault, domestic violence, sexual abuse allegations, drug crimes, juvenile offenses, harassment, restraining orders, sexting-related charges, white collar crimes, RICO matters, traffic violations and violent crimes. He also handles disputes involving corporate and incorporation issues, as well as litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Admitted to practice in Massachusetts since 2012, he is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. His admissions enable him to represent clients in both state and federal matters arising within the commonwealth.
