Laura Fedele Riccio

Ms. Riccio's practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning and the administration of estates after clients' deaths. Ms. Riccio works with individual clients to establish their estate plans and thereafter assists their families to administer those plans after the clients pass away. She is an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). Ms. Riccio is a current member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and had been two-time Past-President of the Norfolk & Plymouth Estate and Business Planning Council. She is the Vice-Chair and Member of the Probate Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association (2023-2025) and is a member of the committee working on current Technical Amendments to the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code (MUPC). 

Ms. Riccio has worked with clients to represent them with the sale of their real estate in the negotiations of purchase and sale agreements and the documents necessary to sell the property. She also is a licensed real estate broker and has been involved representing tenants in their search for apartments as well as being the listing, selling, and buying agent with respect to the purchases and sales of single family homes and condominiums. She has been a long-time member of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts (REBA). 

Ms. Riccio graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (BA), from Western New England University School of Law (JD), and graduated with her Masters of Taxation from Boston University School of Law (LL.M.) She is a partner in her firm.

Ms. Riccio enjoys volunteering with UMass-Amherst by serving as an Alumni Admissions Councilor and appearing at college fairs. In that capacity she meets with prospective students and enlightens them on what UMass-Amherst has to offer academically and socially. She also enjoys her time working with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation helping to fundraise and find a cure for CF.
