An award-winning family law attorney, Sandra E. Lundy is the principal attorney and founder of the Massachusetts-based legal firm LundyLegal, LLC, located in Provincetown. She represents individuals throughout Massachusetts in contentious custody battles, complicated high-net-worth divorces, child support and paternity actions, modifications and contempts, and the entire spectrum of family law disputes. Attorney Lundy understands the importance of protecting parental and property rights and vigorously advocates for her clients' position. She is certified by the American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators as a financial litigator and has frequently been appointed by the Probate and Family Court to serve as a Category F Guardian ad Litem. She is also a trained Mediator.
For 13 years, Attorney Lundy served as a senior attorney at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. She has also worked in the area of corporate litigation. Attorney Lundy received her J.D from Yale Law School, where she was a member of the board of Yale Law Women, the Restraining Order Project, and other law student organizations. Prior to receiving her J.D., she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and English from American University in Washington, D.C. and an M.A. and Ph.D. in English from Columbia University.
Ms. Lundy’s peers look up to her extraordinary professional work and leadership in legal education. She has chaired the "When DCF Steps Into Your Case" seminar and the "Strategizing for Successful Outcomes on Middle-Class Budgets" seminar, both sponsored by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE). She has co-authored the domestic violence chapter for the Massachusetts Divorce Law Practice Manual (5th ed., 2023), an indispensable resource book for Massachusetts family law practitioners and judges. Attorney Lundy has written widely in the area of domestic violence law, and has taught several law school and advanced college classes in Boston and New York City.

Representative Clients
- D.B. v. J.B., Massachusetts Appeals Court, 97 Mass. App. Ct 170 (2020). Represented the Wife, J.B., in this complicated and often-cited appeal., 2020
- Obtained substantial financial settlement for Wife whose Husband tried to hide and spend down assets, 2022
- Obtained restraining order and vacate order for client medical doctor against boyfriend who was harassing her and refusing to leave the home, 2022
- Represented father in paternity case. Mother of child repeatedly declined to permit child to have meaningful contact with Father. Succeeded in having full physical and legal custody transferred to my client.
- Complaint for Modification in which my client, the Father, succeeded in defeating the Mother's attempt to gain primary physical custody of the child and move the child to the public school in her community, 2021
- Divorce brought in Middlesex County in which my client, the Wife, received approximately 80% of the significant marital estate, 2021
- Ogles v. Johnson, Appeals Court No. 18-P-841 (June 20, 2019). Appeals Court vacated a judgment awarding joint legal custody of child and ordered sole legal custody to the Mother, my client, 2019
