Bradley C. Pinta

Bringing more than 40 years of experience to Pinta Law Group, LLC, Bradley C. Pinta handles business, employment and labor law cases, as well as commercial real estate matters. He takes cases throughout Massachusetts. He has litigated hundreds of matters and is also a highly effective negotiator who helps clients quickly resolve their issues.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Boston College in 1977, Mr. Pinta went on to receive a Juris Doctor in 1980 from Suffolk University Law School.

Today, he focuses his practice on working with small and midsized as well as closely held companies. Mr. Pinta is exceptionally skilled at creating strategies that address current matters while also mitigating the risk of future problems. He has an eye for detail that clients appreciate as they navigate the legal process. Additionally, Mr. Pinta is able to identify the important aspects of a case and efficiently work toward the best possible solution for clients. Along the way, he remains in close communication with the people he represents.

A frequent guest speaker, Mr. Pinta is often asked to share his insight on topics that matter to small-business owners. He has personally handled cases involving millions in property and real estate.

Mr. Pinta is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Massachusetts. He holds an Avvo "Very Good" rating.

Outside his work, Mr. Pinta enjoys spending time skiing and surfing.
