Molly McGee

Molly McGee is the founder and operating attorney of the law firm Molly McGee Law LLC, located in Revere, Massachusetts. She is committed to assisting the residents of Massachusetts with their criminal defense cases, and clients nationwide with their immigration issues. 

With a strong determination to represent her clients and advocate for their rights, Ms. McGee ensures that they are informed of every step throughout their case. Prioritizing a client-focused approach, she is renowned for her honest communication skills and her commitment to the law. She ensures to guide her clients with personalized information and legal counsel since she acknowledges that legal procedures can be intimidating and overwhelming.

Ms. McGee has extensive experience providing legal advice to her clients with deportation cases and has also efficiently litigated many of them. She has represented clients in matters related to naturalization applications and adjustment of status before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). She has also handled cases of defensive removal proceedings before immigration courts.

In addition, Ms. McGee helps clients with the preparation of applications, motions and requests to be put before the USCIS and the Executive Office for Immigration Review. She has taken on criminal law cases in state and superior courts as well as many jury and bench trials.

Graduating in 2013, Ms. McGee has a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in political science and pre-law from the Simmons University. Her minors include Spanish, international relations and economics. She went on to study law from New England Law | Boston and earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2016. Admitted to practice law in the state of Massachusetts since 2016, she is also sworn to the Immigration Bar. 

Ms. McGee is actively affiliated with prominent legal associations and currently holds memberships with the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She also sits as a commissioner on the Human Rights Commission in Revere, Massachusetts, an organization dedicated to promoting fairness and justice to all citizens throughout the city. She was awarded the 2023 President’s Award from the Boston Bar Association in recognition of her drive to support the rights of immigrants.
