Molly McGee is the managing attorney of Molly McGee Law LLC, located in Revere, Massachusetts. Dedicated to providing sound and knowledgeable legal services to clients in Massachusetts and throughout the country, she focuses her practice on criminal law and immigration law cases.

Ms. McGee has extensive experience providing legal advice to her clients in deportation cases and has also efficiently litigated many. She has represented clients in matters related to naturalization applications and adjustment of status before the district United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). She has also represented clients in removal proceedings before the immigration court.

In addition, Ms. McGee helps clients with the preparation of applications, motions and requests to be put before the USCIS and Executive Office for Immigration Review. She has taken on criminal law cases in state and superior courts as well as many jury and bench trials.

Graduating cum laude, Ms. McGee has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and pre-law. Her minors include Spanish, international relations and economics. She went on to study law at the New England Law | Boston law school and earned her Juris Doctor degree. Actively affiliated with renowned legal associations, Ms. McGee has memberships in the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
