Walter A. Costello Jr. is a personal injury attorney and a partner at the Salem-based firm Kazarosian Costello LLP in Massachusetts. He represents the people of Salem and takes on personal injury cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home liability, product liability, and motor vehicle accidents, and additionally does business litigation as well.

A licensed legal practitioner, Mr. Costello has been practicing law in Massachusetts for close to half a century. He advocates for his clients before federal, appellate and national courts, including the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st and the 5th Circuits and the Supreme Court of the U.S.

An undergraduate alumnus of Boston University, Mr. Costello graduated in 1969 obtaining his bachelor’s degree in economics. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Boston College Law School in 1973.
