Attorney Eric S. Brainsky is the founding partner of Brainsky Levinson, LLC, in Seekonk, Massachusetts. Mr. Brainsky focuses his practice on business and corporate litigation as well as land use and zoning matters, serving clients throughout the state of Massachusetts.
Mr. Brainsky has more than 15 years of experience handling a wide variety of cases at all stages of litigation. He has experience with cases involving asset recovery, constitutional matters, construction disputes, contracts, corporate disputes, defamation, fraud, partnerships and real estate. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in many significant reported cases and has litigated at the trial and appellate levels.
Honored for his success, the American Society of Legal Advocates selected Mr. Brainsky’s name for inclusion among the “top 40 under 40” litigation attorneys in Massachusetts in 2017. Boston magazine also recognized him in 2015 for his numerous accomplishments.
Before founding his firm, Mr. Brainsky gained legal experience by working for several years at two private law firms in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Outside of running his practice, he enjoys staying involved in the legal community and is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Federal Bench-Bar Committee for the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
Mr. Brainsky earned a bachelor’s degree in wildlife biology and management from the University of Rhode Island and received his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. He holds an active license to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
