In 1983, Mr. Goldsmith graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science. At Western New England University School of Law, he then obtained his Juris Doctor. In 2005, Mr. Goldsmith became a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee. He uses his experience and knowledge and serves as a lecturer and panelist on a variety of bankruptcy-related and bankruptcy programs.
Mr. Goldsmith is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and a current member and former chair of the Hampden County Bar Association. The American Board of Certification bestowed on him the title of Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law in 2003.
