Mr. Albano graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, then moved on to Boston College Law School. There he graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor in 1980.  He now has more than four decades of experience in civil litigation, handling many complex and multi-million dollar cases.

Admitted to practice by the Supreme Judicial Court in the state of Massachusetts since 1980, Mr. Albano is also admitted to practice before many federal courts. These include the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Tax Court, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.

A Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and a panel arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, Mr. Albano also has active memberships in the American Association for Justice, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Hampden County Bar Association, of which he is a past President. To give back to his community, he has also since 2000 been a member of the Town of Wilbraham Zoning Board of Appeals.
