Robert A. DiTusa

Robert A. DiTusa is a founding partner at Alekman DiTusa, LLC, representing clients throughout the Springfield, Massachusetts, metropolitan area and across Hampden County. He focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including complex motor vehicle accidents, brain injuries, construction accidents and wrongful death.  

With over 31 years of experience in the legal field, Mr. DiTusa previously counseled members of various trade unions in matters of bodily injury claims, workers’ compensation claims and Social Security Disability claims. Later moving his practice to Massachusetts in 2000, he shifted his focus to litigating construction site injuries on behalf of those injured. His extensive experience is highlighted through his successful claims against some of the largest contractors across the country. 

Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University at Buffalo, Mr. DiTusa went on to receive his Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo College of Law. Earning his license to practice in Massachusetts in 2000, he has spent his career fighting for victims, building a reputation as a formidable courtroom advocate and recovering millions in compensation for the injured. 

Attorney DiTusa is a member of the National Crime Victims Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the American Association for Justice, and the Hampden County Bar Association.
