She graduated cum laude with her law degree in 2003 and was admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts the same year and in New York in 2005. 

During her time in law school, Ms. Budman received honors as the Paul J. Liacos Scholar and was also awarded the dean's award in copyright. Prior to that, she completed her undergraduate studies at Binghamton University in Vestal, New York, earning her B.A. and achieving recognition on the dean's list.

Ms. Budman strategically utilizes tax code provisions to maximize tax planning benefits throughout their lifetime and to minimize estate taxes upon their death. She is fluent in both English and Russian, enabling her to assist clients from diverse backgrounds. Due to her renowned legal acumen, Ms. Budman is a frequent writer, speaker and television commentator on various topics related to elder law and estate planning. An active member of the Massachusetts chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Ms. Budman also holds memberships in several leading local and national associations and frequently participates in national and local conferences alongside leading U.S. attorneys.
