Nicholas Michael Arsenault

Nicholas Michael Arsenault is the founding attorney of Arsenault Law, LLC, in Wakefield, Massachusetts. With a broad range of legal competence, he represents clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds with both empathy and precision. He concentrates his practice on family law, including divorce, guardianships, post-judgment modifications and joint petitions, as well as civil litigation across Middlesex, Essex, Norfolk, Worcester and Barnstable counties.

A Wakefield native, Mr. Arsenault graduated from Wakefield Memorial High School in 2009. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Salem State University while gaining real-world experience in the private sector. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, he pursued his Juris Doctor at Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina, graduating in 2018. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association in 2019.

Shortly after law school, Mr. Arsenault joined a boutique family law firm just outside Boston as an associate attorney. There, he quickly built a reputation for guiding clients through difficult life transitions with compassion and strategic insight. After two years dedicated primarily to family law, he broadened his litigation skills by joining a Wakefield-based civil litigation firm focusing on personal injury claims. During that time, he secured numerous five-figure settlements without taking cases to trial, demonstrating his ability to negotiate favorable outcomes efficiently.

Seeking to deepen his family law skills, Mr. Arsenault next joined a high-end local boutique practice, where he handled complex matters for high net worth clients. In August 2023, recognizing a local need for premium legal counsel combined with personalized service, he launched Arsenault Law, LLC. Today, he continues to offer tailored representation designed to achieve each client’s unique goals.
