Jennifer F. Liddell focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters as a partner at Ryan Faenza Carey. She works out of the firm’s offices in Walpole, Massachusetts, and she provides dedicated and compassionate representation to clients throughout the greater Boston, Worcester, Brockton, and New Bedford metropolitan areas. Ms. Lindell has been admitted to practice in the commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2004.Â
Many of Ms. Liddell’s clients are area residents whose marriages are coming to an end and who are thus having to deal with the divorce-related issues of parenting time, child support, alimony, and the division of complex marital assets and financial obligations. Ms. Liddell has an extensive background in mediation, and she is a certified conciliator as well. As a result, she is often able to assist many of her clients come to an accord on some or all of these matters through the use of those methods of alternative dispute resolution. However, in the event that litigation becomes necessary, she is a forceful advocate on their behalf before family court judges.Â
Ms. Liddell’s family law experience has also encompassed a wide variety of other matters, including the representation of children in custody disputes. She has helped victims of domestic violence in their quests to obtain orders of protection from the court, and she has assisted people whose marriages had previously been legally dissolved and who are now seeking to have existing parenting or support court orders enforced or modified. A graduate of Merrimack College and New England Law | Boston, Ms. Liddell is an active participant in several legal and community organizations.
