Marilynne R. Ryan is the founder of Ryan Faenza Carey, LLC, located in Walpole Massachusetts. Representing clients throughout the Boston area, she focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters, including divorce and the attendant legal issues such as alimony, child custody and support, and property division. Attorney Ryan has experience in alternative divorce dispute resolution methods such as mediation and collaborative law, but she does extensive work with settlement conferences and trial, if necessary

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Stonehill College in 1981, Attorney Ryan went on to attend New England School of Law in Boston and was awarded her Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 1986, and was the recipient of the Dean Timothy J. Cronin, Jr. Memorial Award. Admitted to practice in Massachusetts, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Supreme Court.
