Thomas M. Camp

Thomas M. Camp is the founder and managing member of Camp Corporate Law, LLC, located in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Serving commercial clients throughout Massachusetts, Mr. Camp uses his extensive legal and executive management experience to deliver high-quality, cost-effective legal representation to businesses of all sizes in various industries.

Along with offering general corporate counsel services, Mr. Camp also assists with mergers and acquisitions, securing venture capital, handling debt and lending agreements, forming and planning business startups, and many other commercial law matters for business owners, investors and entrepreneurs. In addition, Mr. Camp helps dental practitioners with their unique needs.

After graduating magna cum laude from Tufts University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and French, Mr. Camp attended Boston College. In 1990, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, and his Master of Business Administration from Boston College Carroll School of Management. In 1991, the Massachusetts Bar Association admitted him to practice.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Camp has worked with several Boston-area law firms and has served as vice president, senior vice president and general manager for a number of multinational corporations, focusing on the areas of business and corporate development and international law. Through his efforts, he has helped numerous commercial enterprises surpass their growth projections and become leaders in their respective industries.

Fully dedicated to his practice, Mr. Camp is an active member of both the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also involved in his community, having served as parish council member and recording secretary for the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church.
