Brandon Tomkiewicz

Focusing exclusively on family law, Brandon Tomkiewicz serves as an associate attorney at the Westborough office of Callahan | Barraco in Massachusetts. He has been representing families and individuals in various cases of family law issues and domestic relations matters for more than four years. His practice encompasses cases regarding divorce, custody, modifications, paternity and contempt actions. 

Mr. Tomkiewicz prides himself on helping clients navigate complex matters that are both financially and emotionally challenging. He is a strong advocate for his clients’ rights and interests, yet he understands the impact these matters can have on the family dynamic. He knows when to be collaborative in the hopes of settling matters when necessary.

Completing his undergraduate degree at Boston University in 2015, Mr. Tomkiewicz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and political science. He then attended Suffolk University Law School, graduating in 2019 with a Juris Doctor. Since 2019, he has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey, and in 2021, he was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.

Mr. Tomkiewicz’s early experience with law includes interning for the Honorable Judge Lee M. Peterson at the Middlesex Probate and Family Court, and serving as a student intern and law student advocate for multiple organizations. He combines the experience gained over the many years he served as an associate attorney at various private firms.
