Gregory J. Moscatel

Gregory J. Moscatel is a senior associate attorney at Callahan, Barraco, Inman & Bonzagni, P.C., in Westborough, Massachusetts. With a rich tapestry of experience in family law, he adeptly handles a spectrum of cases, including divorce, child custody, paternity disputes and protective order litigation. Additionally, his background in criminal defense law has honed his skills in trial advocacy, particularly in cases involving protective orders.

A graduate of Hamilton College with a bachelor's degree in government (1997), Mr. Moscatel earned his Juris Doctor with dean’s list honors from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2004. In 2005, he was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association and has been actively litigating in the state's probate and family courts.

Mr. Moscatel's commitment to public service is evident through his consistent volunteer work in family and probate courts. His dedication to providing pro bono services was recognized with the Meg Connolly Most Valuable Partner (MVP) Award in 2017, awarded by Senior Partners for Justice team of the Volunteer Lawyers Project. Prior to his tenure at Callahan, Barraco, Inman & Bonzagni, P.C., he refined his legal acumen at a criminal defense firm in Boston and gained invaluable knowledge working alongside a prominent criminal defense attorney in the city. 

Besides his legal pursuits, Mr. Moscatel has a diverse background, including holding a leadership role at an international newspaper and teaching high school students – skills that have enriched his approach to legal practice.
