Jenna M. Bergeron

Jenna M. Bergeron is one of the founding members and partners at the firm Bergeron | Burgess, PLLC, in Westborough, Massachusetts. She represents her clients in matters involving complex domestic issues, including divorce, alimony, child support, property division, post-judgement modifications and guardianships. She holds the license to practice law in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. 

While Ms. Bergeron primarily focuses on family law, she also has experience in civil litigation and criminal defense, and has been serving her clients for the past decade. 

A Magna cum laude graduate of Framingham State University, Ms. Bergeron received her bachelor’s degree in politics in 2009. She was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in her law school, New England Law | Boston, and was also included in the dean’s list for excelling in her studies. She received her Juris Doctor in 2012. She also focused on gaining practical skills and interned at a few associations as a legal assistant and student attorney. 

Ms. Bergeron understands that each case is different, and hence the outcomes might also differ from case to case. When a client approaches her for her assistance, the first and foremost thing she does is to learn about their goals, and what they expect out of this case. With this in her mind, she strives to strategize a solution to help them achieve their goals and help them move forward in their lives. 

In recognition of her achievements in the legal field, Ms. Bergeron was named one of the Top 10 Attorneys Under 40 in Massachusetts by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys.
