Nicole Duca Sullivan

Resolutely practicing law for the past 28-plus years in Massachusetts, Nicole Duca Sullivan is the managing partner of The Law Offices of Nicole D Sullivan & Associates, P.C., located in Westborough and Woburn.  She represents the people of the state in cases involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability Insurance claims, Short and Long Term Disability Claims, Accidental Disability Retirement Claims and catastrophic injuries resulting from accidents. 

Ms. Sullivan is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. She has experience handling a wide range of personal injury cases, including those pertaining to workers’ compensation and is one of the few attorneys in the region to take on both short- and long-term disability insurance claims.

Enrolling in the Columbus School of Law – The Catholic University of America, Ms. Duca Sullivan graduated with her law degree cum laude in 1997. During this tenure, she worked at the corporation counsel’s office, giving her exposure to the fields of civil claims, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Baltimore. She has also gained experience serving with various prominent attorneys in the region, including the Honorable Judge Martha Grace and attorney John Kerrigan. 

A kind and compassionate attorney, Ms. Sullivan’s passion for her work is reflected in the manner she interacts with each of her clients.
