Peter M. Delano

Peter Matthew Delano is a Senior Associate at the law firm of Callahan | Barraco in Massachusetts, where he works with a variety of domestic relations matters including divorce, military divorce, child custody disputes, premarital and marital agreements, post-decree modifications and complaints for contempt. He represents clients throughout Massachusetts. 

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Delano was in the United States Air Force, where he served in South Korea, the United Kingdom and Iraq. He began his education while still in the military, earning an Associate’s Degree in information technology at the Community College of the Air Force. He later earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Maine at Farmington and went on to earn his law degree at Northeastern University School of Law in Boston. 

After his graduation from law school, Mr. Delano worked for more than five years as an associate attorney at another Boston law firm before joining Callahan | Barraco.

As a family law attorney, Mr. Delano takes a thorough and customized approach to every case. He listens to each client’s concerns and develops a plan that is tailored to the particular circumstances, their goals and their needs. He says he enjoys working on complex cases, and his experience in the military gives him a personal understanding of and aptitude for the specialized issues of military divorce.
