Victoria A. Carbone

A Senior Associate at Callahan, Barraco, Inman & Bonzagni, P.C., Victoria A. Carbone is a legal practitioner who extends her service to residents in all the major towns and cities in Massachusetts. Proficient and prolific in her work revolving around family law, she is committed to assisting individuals to navigate the legal challenges that are thrown at them while applying for a divorce, fighting for one’s child’s custody and various other domestic matters such as alimony, prenuptial agreements, contempt actions, division of marital property and adoptions.

A teaching assistant turned attorney, Ms. Carbone received her Bachelor of Arts degree in literature and French from Bennington College in 2010. Later, she obtained her Master of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2014.

Ms. Carbone worked as a teaching assistant and teacher at various institutes for nearly half a decade, before she decided to shift her focus to the juridical sciences. She attended the Western New England University School of Law and graduated in 2020, earning her Doctor of Jurisprudence magna cum laude. Well-focused on gaining practical experience, she served as a legal intern and law clerk at several organizations and was also the senior note editor of Western New England Law Review.

Quite often praised by her peers and clients alike for her excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Mr. Carbone takes great pride in helping her clients get through a few of the darkest days in their lives. She represents her clients not only in federal and family courts in the state, but also before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the juvenile court. With an unwavering commitment to the welfare of children, she remains an active participant in the Children and Family Law Division, constantly striving to prioritize their best interests and proactively advocating for their rights.
